I believe that we have choice as to how we live our lives, how we enjoy our lives and how involved in life we are.  Our choices define our outcomes, we are not living a life at the mercy of the others but as part of the overall universe.  Life may not always go as we planned. Tragedy and sadness are part of life; it is how we respond to that life that defines how much we can enjoy it.  Each of us has our own journey. It's ours to stumble through, to embrace, to redefine, to learn, to grow, to stay the same.  There is no right or wrong way to live this life, but we do have a choice as to how we want to look at it and how we want to respond to it.  It's our choice.

I believe that what we give to the world we get back.  If we want joy, we need to give joy; if we want love we need to give love; if we want respect, we need to give respect. Again, it’s our choice. We have the power to bring toward us the things we want...and to let go of the things we don’t.  Again it’s not right or wrong; it's finding what works for us in a way that helps us to be who we want to be, and not just settling for what we think we are limited to being.

For me, I choose to live a life that is filled with joy, fun, love, friendship, family, kindness, beauty and peace. And I am willing to share that in all that I do, recognizing we are all connected, and as I show up in this way, so might others.

This is the mindset and the values that my coaching business is built upon.  I am seeking others to work and play with who are open to this same kind of thinking.  You don't have to be there yet, but you have to be wanting to get there!  I believe we are not on this journey alone and that it is by building a healthy community that we can all reach the heights we want.  If you have read this far I am sure you are on this journey, and I hope you will stick around to share yours with me!
